"He is very keen to you. Haven't you read the 20% arrangement?"
"No, not yet. I just read that I will have to teach. I don't know whether it include the 20% part or not."
"Well, I heard you have talk a lot through emails. If you want me to be involved, you have to include me into the conversation."

I don't why he is very enthusiast on me. The other thing surprised me is when my co-supervisor told me that she already heard good things about me. Well, I prefer to be the underdog rather than someone great. I'm a perfectionist. I already have a publication, but it is easier to do things based on what I liked and try everything without afraid on what people are going to think about me.

So until now, I still don't know what my supervisor is thinking about me. I guess he put a little too much expectation on me. But as my co said, by making paper I can get his heart, and women have to learn how to get men's heart :)
